Amani Al-Hiza is stuck in the dead-end town where she's lived all her life. She is desperate to get away from the town who hates her and the family that resents her, so when a foreigner named Jin arrives, she sees him as the perfect way to escape. Using her skills with a gun, she and Jin flee, but encounter many strange and immortal creatures along the way.
