So I am totally copying this idea from Elliot Brook's Ranking Every Book I Read This Quarter video! I thought it was just such a fun idea because I've had a huge variety of feelings toward everything I've read so far this year.
I wanted to list a few books that I've enjoyed in the past that would be good to read during this pandemic. I chose these books because they are quick, don't deal with super heavy topics, and are very immersive. These did all end up being kind of romance-y. I'm personally finding it kind of hard to read right now because my mind is so preoccupied, but I think these books make it a little easier to leave the real world behind for a bit.
I've been letting some unpopular opinions bottle up inside me for too long, so I need to let them out! Most of these are negative opinions, so be warned.
Happy International Women's Day! To celebrate, I wanted to chat about some of my favorite female authors! To be honest, most of the books I read are by women, so most of my favorite authors are women, but they still deserve a shoutout.
There are definitely more that I could have added to this list, but I wanted to include only authors that I've read multiple books/series from.
So far, March has the most new releases out of any month that I am looking forward to! Most of these books are by authors I know I love, but there are some new to me authors as well.
I noticed as I was putting this together that I really don't know a lot about most of these! Either way, I'm excited.
